A Canvas A Day - 2011

Welcome to A Canvas A Day!
Spurred on by the arrival of the New Year and wanting to do something positive this year, the idea came to me to paint a canvas a day for a year and then sell them with the profits going to charity.
I hope to get a few of my friends who are also artists to contribute their efforts to the project, and I welcome suggestions for the charity who will benefit.
Also, if anyone would like to contribute either money or art supplies that would be greatly appreciated.
Over the course of the year I will paint canvases, post pictures of the finished pieces, and write about the adventure.
It is a very ambitious project, but one that I think will be of great benefit to all involved. Happy New Year!
